One: Alkaline cleaner

The builders of these cleaners are hydroxides, silicates, carbonates, phosphates, borates, and organic The chelate compound can effectively clean the standoff.
Two: acid cleaning agent
Acid cleaning agents mainly include sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and organic acids such as citric acid and acetic acid. The use of acid cleaning agents for rivet standoffs is relatively small, but it is very useful to use acid cleaning for special attachments such as dry oxide scale. The most famous process is acid leaching. In addition to rolling, welding and thermally treated oxide layers, surface hydrides, rust and corrosion products that affect the quality of electroplating or oil seals, and water-soaked deposits can be removed with acid.
Three: Soluble emulsified cleaning agent
The soluble emulsified cleaning agent can effectively clean the dirt on the surface of the standoff, and after cleaning, it can leave a layer of anti-rust film on the surface of the standoff, which has good anti-rust performance.
Four: Detergent
Detergent contains solvent, surface active agent and water. It is a pure solution and can be used for protective cleaning of standoff outer packaging.
Five: composition cleaning agent
The composition cleaning agent is also an alkaline cleaning agent, and the difference from the standard alkaline cleaning agent lies in the chemical composition. The standard alkaline cleaning agent is essentially inorganic, while the composition agent is an organic agent containing amine-based substances. The cleaning agent is used to remove alkaline residues in single-stage cleaning, and it is still a good rust inhibitor. The composition cleaning agent is used for moderately difficult cleaning, such as cleaning the quenching oil or quenching polymerization on the surface of the rivet nut substance solution.
